This mouthpiece is a star among the Legends Brass Signature Series line of mouthpieces, and LB is honored to offer this piece to our customers! David Perrico is one of Las Vegas’ most in-demand musicians, with the Las Vegas Review-Journal naming David Perrico - Pop Evolution a “Best of Las Vegas 2013” award winner. He has performed internationally with the legendary Tommy Dorsey Orchestra under the direction of Buddy Morrow, and has been featured in headliner shows including Donny & Marie, Natalie Cole, Toni Braxton, Cirque du Soleil, Gladys Knight, and Zowie Bowie. As a composer, Perrico has received national awards for original jazz and symphony orchestra compositions and was recently featured in the PBS series "artScene." Perrico serves as an adjunct faculty member for UNLV’s jazz studies program and has 11 CDs and four DVD recordings to his credit, including The Family Guy Live DVD, and the Grammy award-winning album One Voice by Gladys Knight.

This mouthpiece features a balanced, streamlined design. It has a wide, super comfortable rim, a #27 throat and the Legends S backbore. The sound it creates is an enticing balance of focus, projection and core with plenty of brilliance, edge and sizzle in the upper register! Slotting is excellent. This mouthpiece is well suited for the commercial lead player in any and all genres. It is geared to the specific demands of commercial players performing in the Las Vegas Showrooms, 20,000 sq. ft. convention centers, lounges, and other venues where efficiency is paramount to good performance.
