This model has a semi-flat and very soft rim which has some undercut for chop room and bite. The cup is medium to shallow and is shaped like the famous "SL" cup, which is a flat-bottomed bowl shape. The entrance to the throat is rounded, which allows plenty of air flow despite the low cup-volume. Slotting is excellent with the L-B6LVS. The design elements of the L-B6LVS work together to maximize endurance, range and sound for the player. This piece can be used as a lead or legit mouthpiece.
