Here are some specs on this piece: X14
The X14 rim is extremely comfortable with a nice inside roundness. There is some undercut for chop room, which makes the .600" inside diameter feel a little larger than the specs reflect. The cup is medium shallow, with a rounded entrance to the throat which allows good air flow for a nice big sound. This mouthpiece can be used for any style of playing. Slotting is excellent with the X14. This model was inspired by a Selmer X14 mouthpiece. Our rim and cup design are similar, but this is not a copy! The Legends X14 has the Legends enhanced throat (#27), throat cylinder length and the Legends S backbore. These design updates improve endurance, range, and sound for the player.
